Hosted documentation for software teams

Beautiful docs from your Git repo. One flat price.

Keep your docs in Markdown, in your own repo. Lekhora renders a fast, polished site on your domain and gives everyone on the team an editor that commits back to Git. Unlimited sites, editors and readers, for $29 a month.

Founder's rate of $19 a month for the first 100 teams, locked in for as long as you stay.

Pricing

One number. No seats, no sites, no reader fees.

Docs tools charge per site, then per editor, then per reader of a private space. A five-person team with three doc sites can pay more for docs than for hosting. We charge for the product, not for how many people read it.

How it works

Your repo stays the source of truth.

01

Connect a repository

Install the GitHub App on the repo, or the folder in a monorepo, that holds your Markdown. The first build takes about twenty seconds.

02

Publish on your domain

Fast static pages, dark mode, search, an API reference from your OpenAPI file, redirects and broken-link checks. SSL is issued for you.

03

Everyone edits, Git records it

Engineers keep working in their editor. Product, support and marketing edit in the browser. Every change lands as a commit, with no conflicts and no save button.

Migration

Move from GitBook, ReadMe or Docusaurus in an afternoon.

Point the importer at your current docs. It keeps your structure, redirects every old URL, and opens a pull request with the result so you can review it before anything goes live.

  • GitBook spaces, including images and the sidebar order
  • ReadMe projects, with the OpenAPI reference rebuilt
  • Docusaurus and MkDocs sites, straight from the repo
What we will not do

Built to be boring in the ways that matter.

Your content never lives only with us

The repo is the source of truth. Our hosting is a cache we can rebuild from it at any time. Export is a git clone.

No AI credits

AI search is optional and runs on your own API key. We will never meter your docs with a credit balance.

Prices change with notice, never by tier shuffle

If the price ever changes, you hear about it ninety days ahead and keep your rate for a year. Founder's rate customers keep it for good.
